ProgrammEvent organized by the "mail de Rochelongue" merchants association "CAPAVENIR", in cooperation with Agde's events committee, the Grau d'Agde fish market and "SUD OP", this event invites you to discover in a festive and gustatory way the various facets of this little gastropod, "la noisette de mer" , a cockle that could be named "sea hazelnut" if translated word-for-word from french.
The fish market stand will orchestrate the launch of the day, presentation of the gastropod and the fishing technique used to catch it.
11am: Opening ceremony and tasting: the chopped parsley and garlic based recipe for the cockle sampling offered to the public is named: « la noisette de mer en persillade ».
Possibility to add a glass of wine to your meal for an extra 2 €.
By lunch and appetizer time, the partner restaurants will also propose other recipes around that cockle ( free tasting for most).
